During my visit, I dined at KittyHawks, an inviting space that seamlessly combines restaurant, bistro, bar. The ambiance was airy and relaxed, providing a perfect setting for a cozy meal. Opting for the full evening menu at the stylish Mayfly Restaurant, I savored a delicious two-course meal for the early bird price of €24, available Sunday to Thursday. The dishes were exquisitely prepared, perfectly complementing the sophisticated surroundings. Breakfast the next morning was a highlight, boasting an array of delectable options that left me thoroughly satisfied. The culinary innovation at Carlton Hotel Dublin Airport truly impressed, adding a flavorful touch to my gourmet getaway.
